Eligibility:
Available to sole traders and partnerships without corporate partners.Not available to limited companies.


Vehicle Flat Rates:
Cars and goods vehicles:

First 10,000 miles: 45p per mile.

Additional miles: 25p per mile.

Motorcycles: 24p per mile.


Important Notes:
Once you opt for simplified expenses for a vehicle, you must continue using this method for that vehicle's lifetime in your business.

You can't claim capital allowances or actual costs for a vehicle if you're using simplified expenses.

You can still claim other travel expenses, like parking fees, tolls, and public transport fares.
